WestFit is excited to announce the official redesigned Junior Tennis Program!
At WestFit, we offer a well-defined pathway that guides young players from beginner stages to elite competition. Our program focuses on developing key tennis skills, match play strategies, and mental toughness at each level. This pathway helps players move at their own pace while ensuring a solid foundation for the next stage of development.

The WestFit Junior Tennis Program is designed to guide players through their tennis journey, from the ROGY Program for beginners to the Champs I Program for elite competitors. This structured pathway ensures that players at all levels can focus on the key skills needed for their stage of development, helping them progress toward their tennis goals.
Each program level focuses on refining specific techniques, developing match play strategies, and building mental and physical toughness, so players are ready to compete at higher levels as they move through the pathway.

Futures (ROGY Program) (Ages 3-12)
This program focuses on an Introduction to Tennis & Early Skill Development
- Key Skills Developed
- Basic motor skills (coordination and balance)
- Hand-eye coordination with simple tennis strokes (forehand, backhand)
- Fun tennis activities to develop fundamental movement patterns
- Introduction to tennis scoring and court positioning
- Ball Type: Red, Orange, Green
- Time Frame/Frequency: 1-3 clinic(s) per week, 1-2 hrs per clinic
- Goal: Create a fun, engaging environment for young players to develop basic tennis skills and learn the fundamentals of the game.
Winter Session 1
- Session Dates: January 5, 2026 – February 15, 2026
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Clinic Day/Time: Monday & Friday 4:30pm – 6:30pm, Sunday 9:00am-11:00am
- No clinics: February 16, 2026 – February 22, 2026
- Note: All Future Programs (red, orange and green) will start at the same time. The clinic duration will vary for each program.
All NEW players to the Futures Program MUST fill out this Placement Form.
Our Tennis Staff will determine the correct level based on the information provided, then your player can be registered.
NO membership is required to register for this program.

Junior Champs Program (Ages 8-11) (U12 competing in L5-L7 yellow)
All INTERESTED players MUST fill out this Placement Form.
Our Tennis Director will determine and approve the correct level based on the information provided, then your player can be registered.
This program focuses on U12 High Performance – Building Match Play Skills and Technical Refinement
- Key Skills Developed
- Refining strokes and improving consistency across all shots
- Developing better movement on the court and more advanced footwork
- Introduction to singles and doubles match strategies
- Improving serve consistency and understanding game tactics
- Ball Type: Green, Yellow
- Time Frame/Frequency: 1-3 clinic(s) per week, 2 hr clinics
- Goal: Strengthen all aspects of the game, from technique to strategy, and introduce competitive elements such as match play and tactical decision-making.
Winter Session
- Session Dates: January 5, 2026 – April 26, 2026
- Duration: 15 weeks
- Clinic Day/Time: Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm – 6:30pm, Sunday 11:00am – 1:00pm
- No clinics: February 16, 2026 – February 22, 2026

Champs II Program (Ages 11-18) (USTA L6-L7)
This program focuses on Intermediate – Advanced Skill Development and Strategic Play
- Key Skills Developed:
- Mastery of stroke technique and developing more complex shots (topspin, slice)
- Focusing on court positioning, strategy, and mental toughness
- Advanced understanding of singles and doubles match play tactics
- Introduction to tournament-level play and competition preparation
- Ball Type: Yellow Ball
- Time Frame/Frequency: 1-3 clinic(s) per week, 2 hr clinics
- Goal: Develop advanced skills, refine match strategies, and prepare players for higher-level competition in tournaments and league play.
Winter Session
- Session Dates: January 5, 2026 – April 26, 2026
- Duration: 15 weeks
- Clinic Day/Time: Wednesday 3:30pm – 5:30pm, Friday 4:30pm – 6:30pm, Sunday 11:00am – 1:00pm
- No clinics: February 16, 2026 – February 22, 2026

- Key Skills Developed:
- Perfecting advanced stroke techniques (powerful serves, aggressive groundstrokes, slice, and drop shots)
- Advanced match play strategies for singles and doubles competition
- Mental preparation and handling competitive pressure in matches
- Physical conditioning to enhance tennis performance and endurance
- Ball Type:Yellow Ball
- Time Frame/Frequency: 1-3 clinic(s) per week, 2 hr classes
- Goal: Prepare players for high-level tennis competition, focusing on technique, match strategies, mental toughness, and physical conditioning to excel in tournaments.
Winter Session
- Session Dates: January 5, 2026 – April 26, 2026
- Duration: 15 weeks
- Clinic Day/Time: Monday 4:30pm – 6:30pm, Wednesday 5:30pm – 7:30pm, Sunday 1:00pm – 3:00pm

How to Register for Clinics
Registering for 1 Clinic
- Follow the How to Register directions below, select the one day for the clinic you’re registering for & complete the transaction.
Registering for 2 Clinics
- Follow the How to Register directions below, select the first day for the clinic you’re register for & complete the transaction.
- Repeat the process for the second clinic.
Registering for 3 Clinics
- Follow the How to Register directions below and select the clinic that is labeled ‘3 Clinics’
- Price is already adjusted
**Active membership = You are a member of the club and your child has a club membership.
- Open the WestFit APP
- Select Programs
- Change Category to Tennis & Click Show Programs
- Select the clinic title you want to register for
- Click Sign Up (Under Select Participants, select your CHILD’S name, NOT yours)
- Confirm → Submit payment → You’re registered!!
How to Register using the APP – if you do NOT have an ACTIVE Membership
- Download the WestFit APP & Create an Account
- Select become a Member and either choose a Jr. Tennis membership or a full club option.
- After your information is added, follow the setup wizard to add your child(ren).
- Follow steps #2-6 above to register for the class
