SPRING SESSION I

Registration OPENS 4/7/25 12:00PM

To qualify for the member rate An Adult must be an active WestFit Individual membership or higher that allows pool access and kids must have an active Kids add-on membership (Membership must be active during entire Swim School Session enrolled in).

For kids to use the pool outside of Swim School hours a parent must have an individual WestFit membership and each child have a Kid add-on membership. Or a WestFit Family membership covers all swimmers for pool use outside of Swim School hours.

Upcoming Swim School Sessions for 2025 Season

The volume and variety of classes change with each session. Depending on the time of year we run between 10 and 30 different classes per session. Traditional sessions run for 8 classes but may be adjusted for holidays and school vacation weeks. Class volume increases September – April.

Summer session I – Registration opens 6/3/25 (12PM) – Start/End 6/23/25 – 8/22/25
Fall session I- Registration opens 8/18/25 (12pm)– Start/End 9/2/2025-10/10/2025
Fall session II- Registration opens 9/29/25 (12pm)– Start/End 10/14/2025-11/21/2025

New to the Dolphin Swim School Program?

Download the WestFit APP from your phones APP store.

If you would like to register as a non member click “Create an Account” underneath login.
If you would like to become a member click “Become a Member” at the bottom. Follow the membership wizard steps. When you get to membership selection keep in mind all club options are shown. Scroll till you find the membership type you are looking for.
- - Once you have the APP as a member or non member follow these steps.
    - Open the WESTFIT APP
    - Select PROGRAMS on the APP home screen
    - Change the CATEGORY to SWIMMING and select SHOW PROGRAMS
    - Scroll to the class and follow the registration steps
      - Age restrictions are enabled for swimming classes. If you are getting an error during registration make sure you are under your child’s account and not an adults.

Once you commit to a class or private lessons you will get an email with a Dolphin Swim School Program Guidelines link. The link is also provided here.

(Private lessons) Cancellation Policy – Participants enrolled in Private lessons must notify The Aquatics Director, Thomas Tringale (via email at [email protected]) 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Any cancellations, Monday-Friday, inside 4 hours will result in the loss of the lesson. Weekend lesson cancelations must be made no later than 8:00am. If the club cancels the lesson for any reason a make-up date will be provided. Missed lessons due to traffic, student illness, or various other reasons could cause a prevention of attending a class last minute, Westfit will not offer a make-up due to any of these reasons. Last minute missed lesson forgiveness will not be offered.

(Groups classes) Cancellation Policy – WestFit does not offer make up class Student/Parent cancelations or “no shows”. Group class make-up days will be provided only if the Club cancels the class. All Students/Parents will be informed via email regarding cancellations. Missed lessons due to traffic, student illness, or various other reasons could cause a prevention of attending a class last minute, Westfit will not offer a make-up due to any of these reasons. Last minute missed lesson forgiveness will not be offered.

Parent/Guardian spectating: During swim lessons, parents/guardians are asked to either view the lesson from the bleachers or in the hallway outside the pool area. In order for a building of trust between the instructor and swimmer, parents are asked not to stand or sit by the swim lesson location.

Photography: For the comfort and safety of both instructors and swimmers, any sort of video recording or taking pictures of swim lessons is strictly prohibited at Westfit.
