Membership Hold For EFT Memberships ONLY:
Our membership hold form can now be used online. All memberships are currently active unless they were placed on hold. All paid in full fitness memberships will automatically be adjust to accommodate the time missed due to COVID-19. Paid in full memberships do not have the option to freeze per contract terms.
Club access is prohibited on hold. Memberships must be activated to take club programming.
If you find the need to cancel your membership please submit in writing your request via certified mail to, 4 Littleton Rd. Westford MA, 01886 ATTN Membership Department. We prefer certified mail, however you may come into the club to fill out paperwork. All cancels are subject to review for contract terms and require a 30 day notice for cancellation. Phone or email cancellations will not be accepted per contract terms.
If this is your first time accessing the portal
Follow these steps
1. Click the above Member login
2. Once the page loads, select “Access My Account” on the lower left
3. In the popup screen use the right side to “Find my Account”
4. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and the Email you provided for your account.
You will receive an automated email immediately to update your password and login.
If your account is not located please use one of the contact methods below to verify the email adress on your account. Do not create a new profile.
