Hello Swimmers!

The season starts in about 4 weeks. Below you will find the order form for the team swim suits. The cost of the suit and the swim cap were already included in the season fee.

Complete this form for each swimmer you have. There is a Girls and Boys size section, all suits will be ordered in the color blue. Please make sure and fill out the correct section that applies. This form will close Sunday 9/11/22 at 8:00 PM. The order will be placed Monday morning 9/12/22. We will do another round of orders as the season gets closer for new swimmers added. Yellow swim caps will be ordered with the suits in bulk automatically. There is no selection box for swim caps on the form.
